4/1/2020 · All I can think of is if you can still get into the Bios setup (which is what I think you got into when you mentioned ‘Can access it’s version of a config menu/advanced options/boot menu/system Info/etc’ in the first post) have a good look around for anything that might get you out of the ‘ EFI Shell ‘.
